Job Opportunity: Forge Operative
Location: Redditch
Pay: £16.06 per hour
Employment Type: Permanent
Hours: 9-day fortnight on a 2-week rotational shift:
Week 1: Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PMWeek 2: Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PMApplicants must be Redditch-based or have their own car and a valid driving license.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Operating within a factory environment. Assisting with aerospace component operations. Performing visual inspections to meet standards and specifications. Supporting manufacturing operations as needed. Adhering to forge processes and procedures. Meeting company performance standards. Taking on additional duties as required.What We’re Looking For:
