Job Description

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents. Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters. Support onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires. Respond to employee queries and direct them to the appropriate HR contact when needed. Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping systems. Perform other HR administrative tasks to support the team as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Admin should have:

Prior experience in an administrative or HR-related role. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to support team objectives.

What's on Offer
