What Are We Looking For?

Our Site Services team is looking to recruit Field Maintenance Engineers to join the business to support the installation, delivery, and maintenance of our products to industry across the UK. You will undertake control, instrumentation, and electrical works, including commissioning and fault finding within new and existing MCC’s, industrial instrumentation, analysers, motors, actuators, and all other equipment used in the automated control systems.

Please note that there is a requirement to attend sites and whilst every effort will be made to accommodate local working, there may be a need for occasional visits away from home.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

  • Completing electrical and instrumentation installation and commissioning works in line with the Company and client standards and procedures.

  • Ensure that all works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification.

  • Inspection, testing and production of quality documentation.

  • Carry out commissioning activities of LV Electrical systems, Instrumentation and Control Systems including MCC’s and associated field equipment.

  • Ensure all drawings and test records and telemetry schedules are marked up/information passed onto project teams.

  • Maintain key relationships with Project Managers, Site Managers/Teams, Health and Safety Advisors, Support Services, Clients, Contractors and Subcontractors.

    What Do You Need?

  • Experience within an Electrical Engineering position.

  • Experience in panel wiring, programming VSDs, and fault finding is beneficial.

  • Understanding of Electrical regulations, equipment, installation, and verification.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Team player with a flexible approach to work.
