Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Performengine maintenance, repair, and overhaul taskswithin the workshop in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support theefficient turnaround of engine shop inputs, ensuring customer expectations and company objectives are met.
  • Followapproved technical documentation(ESM, CMM, SRM, IPC) to carry out all maintenance tasks to the highest standard.
  • Assist withnear-wing and on-wing field support, as required.
  • Adhere tocompany Health & Safety policies, fostering a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Maintainaccuracy and efficiencyin all tasks to reduce turnaround times while upholding quality.
  • Identifytechnical issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.
  • Work collaboratively withteam leaders, workshop managers, and cross-functional teamsto meet operational goals.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Time-served aerospace industry apprenticeshipwith aminimum of two years’ post-apprenticeship experience.
  • Previous company approvalon at least one of the engine types listed above.
  • Hands-on experience in a busy engine shop, working on engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul.
  • Familiarity withengine shop manuals and regulatory standards, including relevant ATA chapters.
  • Understanding ofPart 145 and FAA regulations.
  • Strongorganizational and communication skillswith the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Borescope inspection experienceis desirable.
  • Current Human Factors training, EWIS Level 1 & 2, and Fuel Tank Safety Level 1 & 2preferred (training can be provided).
  • Forklift licenseis desirable, but training can be arranged.
