JOB DESCRIPTION:


A turn-key solution to reap a new wave of embedded connected devices landscape to promote new products-sharing, experimentation, maintenance, innovation, and adoption of open standards. This position involves powerful computational large memory real-time footprint embedded software. The source code for the kernel is a stable kernel, and theDevSecOpscan read, modify, and implement the source code. You will work in a team of eight, utilizing extensive language support to meet specifications across three different languages. The system network language will support rich stock networking protocols, and the system network manager will configure network devices to automatically establish and maintain the connection.


The adoption of embedded network devices will rely on a data distribution machinery that delivers constant streams of ultra updates to the kernel, monitoring the embedded device, and managing applications to capture data logs. Areas to cover will include:



  1. Automating management tasks by connecting to embedded devices.
  2. Automatically confining applications for additional security.
  3. Designing a structured approach for performance analysis and detecting bottlenecks.
  4. Ensuring seamless rollback during the update process in case of failure.
  5. Confronting vulnerabilities in authorization.


This role involves managing software and updates across a large fleet of devices with varying functionalities and user cases. We are a startup enhancing the early stages of product development.


ENVIRONMENT:This position will operate in the regulatory engineering division of the organization.


QUALIFICATION, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLSET:



  • In-depth working knowledge of serial data buses, SPI, I2C, and high-speed serial buses.
  • Extensive experience using C/C++ based HDR-NN and JavaScript programming.
  • In-depth knowledge of ML-optimized chips, SoC, ARM processor families, and ECUs.
  • Solid knowledge of 8-bit microcontrollers such as Microchips.
  • Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Mathematical Cryptography, Physics, or a highly quantitative field.
  • Deep expertise in security conceptual analysis (e.g., hardware root of trust, cryptographic key generation).
  • Experience in Embedded OS for specific functions or equipped with sensors and computers responsible for tracking engine performance.
  • Extensive experience designing embedded system architectures and testing and verifying requirements.
  • Experience designing Neural Networks in embedded devices and Federated Learning of Neural Networks.



  • Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) is essential.
  • Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP).
  • Certified Authorization Professional (CAP).
  • Information Assurance System Architecture and Engineer (IASAE).
  • Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP).
  • It is a prerequisite to be certified in one of the listed DoD 8570 Certifications.
