Electronics Design Engineer (Step into Management)

£50,000 - £60,000 + Progression + Training + Company Benefits

Are you a PCB Design Engineer looking to join an Electronic Manufacturing company, that specializes in creating and designing electronic products and solutions that will help shape the future?

On offer is the chance to join a market-leading Electronic Manufacturing company, that specializes in creating and designing electronic solutions for a wide range of industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, and telecommunications.

Within this position, you will oversee the team developing and designing of electronic products, with a focus on the design of test equipment, fixtures, and software. You will play a part in shaping the product roadmap generating new product ideas and seeing them come to life, while working alongside other departments and liaising with manufacturing teams to ensure products are produced to match design.

This role is step into management where you will mainly oversee junior design engineers. You will still have some design responsibilities but management will be the majority of your role.

This role will suit an engineer who has a passion for technology, with experience working with electronics, is looking to lead a team, and have the chance to take your career to new levels within a company that is going through an exciting period of growth.

THE ROLE:

  • Develop and design electronic products
  • Shape product roadmaps generating new product ideas and seeing them come to life
  • Training and Progression
  • Monday to 8.30 am to 5 pm / Friday 8.30 am to 4 pm
