We’re currently looking for a proactive and organised logistics Depot Team Leader for ongoing work, in Inverness. As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the depot, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. You’ll be the go-to person for allocating drivers, managing vehicle movements, and keeping the depot running smoothly.


You will have previous logistics, transport, or warehouse experience and ideally hold your HGV licence plus have Counter Balance Forklift ticket (licences are desirable but not essential)


This position may be offered as a permanent role to the right person.

✅ What We Offer:

4 day working week – Tuesday to Friday – 38 hours


Training can be provided if needed
PAYE: ÂŁ17.00 per hour paid weekly

đź”§ Typical Duties May Include:

Allocate Drivers and Driver Assistants to each planned load


Oversee safe loading and unloading of vehicles
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe depot environment
Book vehicles in for servicing and maintenance
Debrief crews on return to the depot, ensuring all paperwork and feedback is captured

📋 Requirements:

Strong organisational and communication skills


A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership
HGV and Forklift Licences are desirable, but not essential
Experience in logistics, transport, or warehouse operations essential
