EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for an Deburrer / Polisher to join a precision engineering company located on the outskirts of Worcestershire towards Birmingham working on a permanent basis.

Within this role, you will be using machines and equipment to fabricate and test specialist parts for high profile customers.

Duties include;

• Masking parts
  
  
• Deburring, polishing, linishing, chamfering parts to remove and defects
  
  
• Operating machines and computers such as; chemical etcher, air flow rigs, power rollers, linishers, polishers etc
  
  
• Using a wide range of hand and air tools to manufacture parts in line with customer requirements.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
  
• Supporting with other areas in the fabrication department

• Shifts: Afternoons 16.30pm to 02.30am Monday to Thursday
  
  Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate;
  
  
• Experience working with thin gauge sheet metal
  
  
• Previously worked in a similar role; machine operating, masking, assembly, deburring, fettling, polishing, sheet metal worker, fabricator, welder etc
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  
  
• Ability to use hand and air tools effectively & safely
  
  
• Computer literate - Excel
  
  
• Strong attention to detail
