Data & TV/Satellite (IRS) Senior Technical Engineer (London & South East)
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated TV/Satellite (IRS) and Structured Cabling Senior Technical Engineer / Supervisor to join our growing team working on high-profile residential developments, including high-rise new builds and occupied housing sites across London and South East.

EVI Group is an industry leader and provider of Fire, Security, Reception and Data systems solutions specialising in residential high-rise & occupied housing and are currently in an exciting period of growth! We are a long-standing family business (operating for over 30 years!) with an array of exciting projects and are looking for talented individuals to join our growing team! What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5-years’ experience working within the Electronic Security Systems industry
  • Proven experience with installation, testing, and fault-finding on:
  • IRS (Integrated Reception Systems)
  • Fibre/Coax distribution systems
  • WiFi and IP networking
  • Structured cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A)
  • Proficient of supervising and guiding others
  • Confident and experienced working in high-rise developments and occupied homes
  • Ability to read drawings and work from site plans and schematics
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and working in live environments
  • Current and valid construction industry qualifications:
  • ECS or CSCS card (skilled worker or above)
  • SSSTS or equivalent
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Working at Height
  • Manual Handling
  • IPAF and/or PASMA (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
