Role Overview:

This is an international project, which is creating future technologies within the sphere.

Technical Leadership and Management:

  • Overseeing and managing the Jira board, planning and directing sprints to meet client expectations and workflows.
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members.
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of agreed-upon outcomes and milestones.
  • Collaborating with other delivery streams and teams to achieve common objectives.


Stakeholder Management and Planning:

  • Coordinating with the community to plan and execute tri-lateral roadmaps.
  • Planning and attending international conferences (TEMs).
  • Managing and nurturing the UK client relationship.
  • Coordinating with clients and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.


Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Dealing with data.
  • Knowledge of machine learning models and architectures, including supervised learning.
  • Experience with GPU training and supporting libraries such as CUDA and PyTorch.
  • Proficiency in the broader data science ecosystem, including pandas and numpy.
  • Familiarity with Kafka data streaming and multiprocessing for deploying models.
  • Strong general Python development skills and adherence to software best practices.
