This team combines deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge expertise in strategy, operations, and technology. You’ll work on major transformation programmes for some of the UK’s most complex and high-profile Defence and Aerospace organisations—delivering tangible results across efficiency, quality, and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

Design and deliver digital and operational transformation initiatives across manufacturing environments.
Support or lead client engagements focused on process improvement, digital enablement, and supply chain resilience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, technologists, and strategic advisors.
Work on varied, high-impact projects that contribute to national infrastructure and capability.
Shape solutions that incorporate technologies like IoT, Digital Twins, PLM, SAP, and AI.

What We’re Looking For:

2–8 years of consulting and/or industry experience in Aerospace, Defence, or complex manufacturing.
Exposure to change management, digital manufacturing, or operational excellence (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Eligibility for or existing SC/DV security clearance (sole British nationals only).
