Composite Laminator

Prodrive Composites designs and manufactures high quality composite components for a wide range of industry sectors including automotive, aerospace and motorsport. We have a proven capability in the whole manufacturing process from initial design to tooling and from prototype to series production. Our customers range from the manufacturers of the world’s best supercars to world class innovators in their specialist fields.

We are looking for skilled Laminators to join us in our Milton Keynes site to support a range of exciting projects. If you are a seasoned Laminator with an eye for detail, are patient, dexterous and have experience of working with pre-preg material, we would love to hear from you!

Our ideal candidate will have a previous experience laminating carbon fibre to the highest quality standards, ideally within the automotive sector. This role will suit an organised, methodical worker who enjoys working as part of a dynamic team on a range of exciting projects. The key responsibilities of this role include:

Laminating a range of parts within job time constraints and in accordance to process Reading engineering drawings and working from production manuals to ensure our components are manufactured to the highest quality standards with minimal scrap Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy working environment at all times Ensuring that patterns/moulds/components are carefully handled and that all reasonable care is taken to prevent any form of damage
