MERITUS Talent are working with one of Europe's leading defence organisations for the recruitment of a Compliance Engineer to join their Stevenage office on a contract basis

Compliance Engineer - Contract - Stevenage - Hybrid (3/2) - 6 to 12 Months - £55 per hour via Umbrella - SC Clearance Prior To Commencing Engagement

Skillset/experience required:

Previous Electrical/Electronics experience within defence or aerospace, with an understanding of MIL STDs that apply to product compliance
Clear experience demonstrating and delivering products that meet CE, UKCA and global market compliance
Experience working with external companies to complete reliability predictions
Due to the nature of the work, BPSS clearance is required as a minimum with SC Clearance potentially being needed.
High Level of Knowledge of Compliance and Quality Standards, including ISO 9001, MIL-STDs, AQAP-110 & BS EN
Compliance Testing and Evaluation
Electronics Compliance
Quality & Compliance Manual Writing / Modifications
