Requirements
We are seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to join our team, reporting to the Senior Commercial Sales Manager. As the Commercial Sales Manager you will collaborate closely with the global commercial team and the SDR function to drive customer acquisition within the UK / EU market. Your role is crucial to expanding our footprint and supporting our growth in this region.
Ownership and Impact
- Lead AeroCloud's sales process, including prospecting, qualification, deal strategy, and execution.
- Own a defined list of target accounts, managing the process from discovery through to purchase order completion.
- Guide and support SDRs assigned to your territory.
- Drive active sales cycles and build a robust new business pipeline through prospecting and relationship building.
- Cultivate relationships within the industry, attending key events and conferences both domestically and internationally.
- Collaborate closely with the RFP/Bids and Proposals team to ensure seamless support.
- Work with the Customer Success team to manage renewals and explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to ARR growth.
- Maintain detailed sales plans and provide accurate weekly forecasting via CRM.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Partner with technology and customer success teams to drive retention, LTV, and time-to-value for customers.
- Stay informed about developments in the aviation, aerospace, and airport industries.
- Explore and pioneer new markets and partnerships aligned with customer acquisition strategies.
- Participate in domestic and international conferences to drive innovation and forge relationships that boost ARR.

What are we looking for?
- An experienced SaaS sales professional with a proven track record of 3+ years as an individual contributor.
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and uncover business value.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
- Experience with third-party sales processes, such as those through Carahsoft or SHI, is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proven success in managing complex sales cycles with multiple buyer personas.
- Ability to implement land-and-expand strategies and act as a trusted advisor in a platform environment.
