Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience)

Kingsgate Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established independent law firm based in Worcester, currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing team.


This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with some experience in property law to develop their career within a supportive, friendly, and professional environment. The firm is known for its approachable culture, strong client relationships, and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services to both businesses and individuals.

Key Responsibilities


Assist solicitors in handling a range of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing




Draft and prepare documents such as contracts, leases, and Land Registry forms




Conduct legal research, due diligence, and title investigations




Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents, and other third parties




Manage files, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards




Provide administrative and case management support to fee earners


About You


Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within commercial or residential property




Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures




Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills




Confident communicator with a client-focused approach




Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team




Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems




Law degree or equivalent qualification preferred (LPC desirable but not essential)
