About the Role:

As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating XYZ CNC lathes to produce precision components to tight tolerances and exacting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program, set, and operate XYZ CNC lathes using Siemens controls
  • Manufacture complex aerospace components from technical drawings
  • Work to AS9100 and aerospace quality standards
  • Conduct in-process inspection using precision measuring equipment
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance and efficiency
    Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CNC Turner in a precision or aerospace engineering environment
  • Strong knowledge of CNC Lathes and Siemens programming
  • Ability to read and interpret aerospace engineering drawings
  • Familiarity with quality standards such as AS9100
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
