Job Title: CNC Setter/Operator

About the Role: 

We are seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator skilled in operating and setting CNC machines, specifically Mazak, Doosan, and Matsura, for both milling and turning operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team working with high-quality machinery to produce precision parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines, specifically Mazak, Doosan, and Matsura models. Ensure that all machining processes meet quality and production standards. Carry out routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Work efficiently within the assigned shift to meet production targets and deadlines. Inspect and measure finished products to verify accuracy and quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience in CNC machine setting and operation. Skilled with Mazak, Doosan, and Matsura CNC machines for both milling and turning. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards. Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
