We’re seeking a mechanically biased CNC Service Engineer to join a thriving team based in the Midlands, servicing industries like Aerospace, Automotive, and Medical. With a competitive salary of up to £45K (based on experience), door-to-door pay, overtime opportunities, and a company vehicle for personal and work use, this role offers excellent benefits and a great work-life balance. You’ll primarily work within a 60-mile radius of Lichfield, diagnosing and repairing CNC and conventional machinery, including lathes, milling machines, and VMCs.
Applicants should have proven experience with metal-cutting machinery, strong mechanical skills, and familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain controls. A good understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and machine geometry is essential, along with an apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
