We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer Setter Operator to join a rapidly growing client in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set and operate Mazak 5-Axis Mill; knowledge of Mazatrol and Hypermill is an advantage
  
  
• Prepare and oversee CNC machines to produce components according to production schedules and quality standards.
  
  
• Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure correct component production.
  
  
• Perform inspection activities throughout the manufacturing process.
  
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold ISO9001 quality management standards.
  
  Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
  
  
• Experience in Mazatrol and Hypermill programming is advantageous.
  
  
• Proven track record in programming, setting, and operating CNC mills.
  
  
• Familiarity with the aerospace or automotive industry is a plus.
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and work to strict deadlines.
  
  
• Experience in performing mechanical inspection checks.
  
  
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high production standards and efficiency
