Mazco Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading precision engineering company, currently seeking an experienced CNC Miller Setter Operator with strong working knowledge of Haas controls and Fanuc Robodrill systems.

The Role:

You’ll be joining a modern, fast-paced workshop environment producing high-precision components for industries such as aerospace, motorsport, and medical. As a key member of the machining team, you’ll be responsible for:



Setting and operating CNC milling machines using Haas controls and Fanuc Robodrill

*

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions

*

Performing first-off and in-process inspections

*

Ensuring production deadlines and quality standards are consistently met

*

Supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

The Ideal Candidate:

*

Proven experience in CNC milling, with strong setting and operating skills

*

Proficient in Haas control systems and Fanuc Robodrill

*

Able to read engineering drawings and use standard measuring equipment

*

Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail

*

Comfortable working to tight tolerances in a production environment
