EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for a CNC Setter/Operator to join a precision engineering company located in Tamworth, working on a permanent basis.

    Our client manufactures small to medium-sized complex precision components for high-profile customers within a wide range of market-leading companies. Due to substantial growth, we require a CNC Setter/Operator to join their existing talent team.

    ​​​​​​

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Minimum 2 years setting and operating experience

  • Using various CNC Milling and /or CNC Turning machines

  • Testing yours skills on challenging and intricate parts

    Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate:

  • Minimum 3 years CNC machining experience

  • Ability to set and operate CNC Machines (CNC Milling and/or CNC Turning) - Milling experience is highly desirable

  • Experience working with Fanuc and /or Heidenhain control panels

  • Minimum 2 years machining complex parts for precision industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear, MOD, Oil & Gas etc

  • Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
