Salary: £17.64 - £18.98 per hour + 26% shift allowance every other week
Shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-11.45pm rotating weekly (4-day work week!)

Are you ready to LEAD and MACHINE your way to success?
We're on the lookout for a hands-on CNC Machine Shop Team Leader to join our cutting-edge production team in Pudsey. You'll be the go-to person - managing people, running machines, solving problems, and keeping the shop floor humming like a finely tuned spindle!

This isn't just any workshop, our client is part of a global engineering powerhouse (confidential but BIG), serving industries like aerospace, chemical, and electrical with high-precision carbon components.

What you'll be doing as a CNC Machine Shop Team Leader

Leading by example on the shop floor with expert CNC skills
Programming and setting up Mazak machines like a boss
Coaching your crew, planning shifts, managing performance
Pushing production goals, maintaining quality, and improving processes
Collaborating with other team leads in logistics, quality, and production
Keeping things safe, smart, and smooth (hello 5S & CIP!)

We're looking for someone who:
Has strong CNC machining experience (ideally with Mazak Mazatrol) however others will be considered Knows how to read technical drawings and use CMMs Can confidently manage people and production goals Loves solving problems and improving the workspace Is ready to grow and evolve with us
