What You Will Do:

• Conduct inspection of components within the metrology department using CMM, Faro Arm, and various inspection tools such as Vernier Callipers, micrometres, and dial indicators.
  
  
• Provide measurement support and inspection reports across the facility.
  
  
• Complete device and component verification and validation to support development and manufacturing activities.
  
  
• Adopt best practices in all dimensional verification activities and lead Measurement Study Analysis.
  
  
• Manage the calibration and verification of equipment.
  
  
• Support the Metrology Leader and Quality Manager with additional duties as required.
  
  What You Will Bring:
  
  
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Metrology environment, preferably within the automotive, aerospace, or medical device industries.
  
  
• Proficiency in CNC CMM program platforms, specifically PcDmis, and Faro Arm with Polyworks.
  
  
• Competency in using gauges/tools and interpreting CMM reports.
  
  
• Knowledge of analytical techniques such as SPC, QDAS, MiniTab, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
  
  
• A flexible attitude, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach.
