We’re proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established builders merchant in Sheffield, offering an ongoing, long-term position for the right candidate. Join a busy, friendly team where no two days are the same!


Commutable from: Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Chesterfield & Doncaster.


Key Responsibilities:

Delivering builders’ merchant goods to both homes and trade sites across the region


Safely loading and unloading using a remote Hiab
Driving professionally and representing both Driver Hire and our client with pride
Ensuring all deliveries leave with the correct documentation
Engaging with customers daily and providing excellent service with a positive attitude

Requirements:

Class 2 (Category C) Licence — minimum 2 years’ experience required


Valid CPC & Digital Tacho Card
Remote Hiab Licence
No more than 6 penalty points (for client insurance purposes)
Reliable, honest, with a great work ethic and strong communication skills
