HGV Class 1 Drivers – Temp to Perm Opportunity (Nottingham)

Are you an experienced Class 1 Driver looking for a stable, long-term role?


We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing Nottingham-based client who is expanding their team and offering temp-to-perm opportunities for reliable and professional drivers.


What’s on offer?

£18.00 per hour assignment rate (Days)

£19.00 per hour assignment rate (Nights)



Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 12 hour shifts




Start times: Between 2:00am – 3:00am




Temp-to-perm progression: £41,000 per annum (based on 48 hours per week) once employed directly by the client


The role:


Delivering to depots and hubs across England




Driving modern, well-maintained Class 1 vehicles




Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time


Requirements:


Valid UK C+E licence (minimum 12 months experience)




Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tacho card




A professional approach with excellent driving skills




Flexibility to work early start times
