The Role


To facilitate the growth plan, the Company is seeking a talented Technical Director / CTO who is still proficient in hands-on network engineering. The requirement for technical leadership whilst being able to engineer their network befits their SME business size as it is today. However, the plan is to build a network engineering and operations team aligned to the sales growth of the business. This team will be hired and managed by the Technical Director in a European location of which either Hungary, Romania or Spain is desirable.
The Candidate
· Engineering Graduate in Telecommunications or IT
· Qualified and experienced Network Engineer; WAN, Low Latency, VPN, Cloud, xDSL, E1/T1, Fibre Optic, Satellite, Fixed Wireless and Mobile Wireless Technologies
· Technical Leadership; Network Build Strategy, Network Operations, Technologies, Product, Team Build and Management
· Communication; English language fluency, Native language in either Hungary, Romania or Spain, Strong Communicator and Influencer (Internal & Customer Facing) befitting a leadership role
