Chief Product Officer Location: London (Hybrid - Hoddesdon & Remote) Salary: £84,000 - £120,000 + Equity Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Manpower Engineering is delighted to be supporting a leader in clean power generation, with the appointment of a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to drive their innovative, fuel-agnostic generator technology and revolutionize the energy sector. The Opportunity As CPO, you will shape the companys product strategy, lead the development of scalable, market-driven solutions, and play a crucial role in aligning their technology with commercial objectives. This position requires a strong leader with expertise in automotive or electric vehicle product management, capable of overseeing a Mechanical Design Engineering team and bridging technical and commercial functions. Core Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy and roadmap to enhance and expand the core technology
Lead a high-performing product and engineering team
Oversee development of the flagship generator and explore new product lines
Address deep-tech engineering challenges, including ceramic turbines and pneumatic systems
Build and scale a top-tier mechanical engineering team
Lead R&D initiatives and ensure smooth integration into manufacturingQualifications and Experience

Extensive experience in engineering leadership roles within power generation, automotive, aerospace, or industrial equipment sectors
Strong knowledge of power generation systems, turbomachinery, and ceramic technologies
Proven ability to scale engineering teams and deliver market-ready innovations
Expertise in R&D, product design, and manufacturing processes
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred Experience

Background in renewable energy or climate-tech industries
Familiarity with clean power generation technologies and diesel alternatives
