Job description
As part of their growth, we are seekingExperienced Part 21J Design/Cabin Interior Certification Engineer's. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Certification Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Developing engineering design solutions using CAD for modifications to aircraft cabin systems, including:
Modification of cabin layout by introducing newLOPA (Layout of Passenger Accommodation)and its associated components.
Installation of Galleys, monuments, lavatories throughout the cabin to meet end customer requirements.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and procedures outlined in the company'sDesign Organisation Handbook (DOH).
Requirements:
Essential
Current or recent experience within a EASA Part 21J Design Organisation (or equivalent).
Ability to demonstrate a comprehensive track record of EASA regulatory and airworthiness requirements knowledge including (E)TSO, CS-25, CS-25, CFR Part 25 & Part 21J design organisation.
Experience with 3D or CAD software (SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Pro-E, etc.).
Confirmed knowledge of aircraft material and fastener selection, hole size types, sealants & finishing.
Preferred
Current or recent appointment as an EASA Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE) is highly desired.
Experience of aircraft interior reconfiguration programmes and primary and secondary aircraft structures.
