In this role you should work proactively during service whilst striving to provide the highest possible level of customer service. The main responsibilities of the Catering Staff role are, but not limited to:

To assist with food service Working in adherence with Food Allergens information, service procedures and legislation To remain attentive to guests needs, working in a timely manner to minimise any wait times Ensuring all food and beverage products served are of the required standard, well presented, and served in line with service guidelines Extensive knowledge of all products stocked, and any applicable promotions Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment, with any effective equipment reported Ensuring stock and products are rotated as necessary Be flexible & adaptable to changes, working in different areas as necessary due to business demands or in line with any reasonable request.

All individuals must work in complete adherence to the company procedures set by Sodexo Live! and Newcastle United.

Experience is desirable.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Being friendly yet professional.

Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism.

Good attention to detail and punctuality.

Being proactive is key.
