As a result of internal promotion and growth they have a role for a Technical CAD Engineer, with real scope to train and develop into a Technical Sales Manager within the team
Key responsibilities:

  • Ability to calculate material requirements and processing costs for customer quotations
  • Supporting the Production and Purchasing team
  • Assisting customers with current sales orders
    Required Experience:
  • Previous experience in the steel industry, engineering, or construction
  • Must be confident in reading and interpreting engineering CAD drawings
  • AutoCAD experience would be beneficial
  • Ability to understand material grades and production methods
  • Hold a full UK driving license
    Package:-
  • £14.00per hour on a temp to perm basis, permanent role after 13 weeks with salary between £27’000-£31’500 depending on experience and performance in the role
  • 32-Days of holiday
  • Performance-related bonus scheme
  • Company pension scheme
    Working Hours:-
  • Monday to Thursday 8.00 am – 5.00 pm with 30 minutes lunch
  • Friday 8.00 am – 1.00 pm
    This is a temp to perm role
