As a 7.5T (C1) Driver you’ll have:

A valid C1 licence and tacho card


No DD’s, DR’s, IN’s, TT’s
Previous experience in business-to-business 7.5T (C1) deliveries preferable but not required
Flexible schedule for temp work

As a 7.5T (C1) driver, your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out pre/post route vehicle inspections. You’ll be expected to report any defects or maintenance requirements.


Delivering and collecting various types of goods to and from locations regionally and nationally.
You may need to physically lift, carry and move some products (‘handballing’) during loading and unloading operations at times
Communicate regularly with depot managers and traffic offices
Follow closely all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to health and safety regulation
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, logbooks, and other necessary paperwork in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

These positions are commutable from the west part of Birmingham
Minimum 8-hour shifts
Monday – Friday Days: £14 per hour, holiday pay, pension contribution added on to hourly rate
Saturday Days: £15 per hour, holiday pay, pension contribution added on to hourly rate
Sunday Days: £16 per hour, holiday pay, pension contribution added on to hourly rate
Overtime after 8hrs
