📍 Location: Broughtin | Onsite Full Time
💰 Pay Rate: £40.00 per hour (Umbrella) or £29.89 per hour (PAYE)

🕰️ Emplyment Type: 12 months contract | 35 hours a week

Are you an experienced Buyer with a passion for strategic sourcing and supplier management?
We're looking for a skilled procurement professional to support high-value capital expenditure projects within the aerospace sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the sourcing of cutting-edge production equipment for aircraft final assembly and component manufacturing lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sourcing activities for major CapEx projects, focusing on new production means and equipment.
Manage the full tendering and contract negotiation process to secure optimal purchasing conditions.
Monitor supplier contracts across all phases-innovation, development, serial production, and support-ensuring full compliance and performance.
Maintain strong supplier relationships and drive initiatives to optimize customer value and reduce total cost of ownership and risk.
Collaborate with multifunctional and multidivisional teams throughout the tendering, contracting, and contract lifecycle.

Professional Skills Required:

Excellent project leadership skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams amid conflicting objectives.
Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation, and persuasion capabilities.
Strong understanding of procurement contracts and contract law.
Robust business analytical skills and commercial acumen.
