Our client is an established yet flourishing energy consultancy with a 6-figure annual turnover. Their Head Office is based in Watford and are looking for Field Based Business Development Managers and Fields Salespeople nationally.

Their core business is to provide end to end solutions across business energy packages and energy saving offer complete account management for customers looking to improve efficiency and running cost within their organisation.

Continued business growth and diversification has identified a need to develop their field-based sales and business development activities and as such are seeking goal orientated, determined and driven field sales professionals to join their team.

You:

You will be experienced in the energy sector and ideally have a sales pipeline and “little black book” of contacts to will develop a new business pipeline commencing with a proactive outbound call/visit and have the ability to create, build and maintain relationships is essential, as is influencing decision makers and negotiating a close. 

You must possess strong negotiation and influencing skills and understand the importance of accurately developing and maintaining customer records, have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be driven by nature and be motivated to succeed.

OTE of £100k plus. Industry leading basic salary. 

10% commission on ALL sales, from £1
