Together, were revolutionising markets and delivering solutions that power progress.The Opportunity:Were looking for an exceptional Business Development Director to shape the future of Luxfers alternative fuel mobility and bulk gas transportation business. This is more than a leadership role; its a chance to be at the forefront of sustainable innovation. Reporting directly to the Vice President and General Manager for Europe, youll drive our growth strategy, lead a talented team, and be part of our European Leadership team, contributing to decisions that influence our entire division.What Were Looking For:Strategic Thinker: Proven experience in developing and executing growth strategies, with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking and market development.Automotive Industry Expertise: Demonstrable experience in senior business development roles within the automotive or hydrogen industries, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics and trends.Inspirational Leader: Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading and inspiring high-performing teams. Youre a communicator, a collaborator, and a visionary.Educational Background: A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Masters degree, MBA, or PhD will make you stand out.Analytical Capabilities: Strong analytical skills and financial accountability.
