We are expanding our Technology consulting services and need a leader with expertise in Defence & Secure clients to drive growth, win business, and develop our consulting business in areas such as applications, cloud, and infrastructure transformation. This role also involves billable work, reflecting our commitment to close client collaboration.

This role is hybrid working, with some travel to our UK offices and clients’ sites in the South and South West of England, when required.

What you'll be doing:

Grow business in Technology Transformation consultancy services into Aerospace, Defence, Secure clients. Identify, develop, and bring together consulting opportunities. Lead teams delivering transformational projects for Aerospace, Defence, Secure, and Public Safety clients. Inspire clients on technology exploitation and bridge business outcomes with people, process, data, and technology. Build a robust pipeline, lead bids, and proposals to win work. Grow a market-leading team of consultants and ensure successful project delivery to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll bring:

Current DV clearance and ADS sector knowledge is crucial. Expertise in Technology consulting, InfoSecurity, and IT transformation. Extensive client-facing consulting experience and a strong personal network in the ADS sector. Strong negotiation and leadership skills. Recent experience within Defence or UKIC (UK Intelligence Community).

Salary:£70,000 - £90,000.
