Job Description:

Based out of attractive offices in a picturesque rural setting near Huddersfield our Client are looking to appoint a Building Surveyor and Senior Building Surveyor to join their established multi-disciplinary team which specialises in the low and high rise housing sector for Public and Private Sector organisations.



Your roles will involve:



~ Carrying our property surveys


~ Preparation of specifications and schedules of work


~ Site inspections and attending site meetings


~ Contract administration including quality management, cost control and design co-ordination



The team you will be joining consists of professionals of all levels of experience made up of:



~ Building Surveyors


~ Project Managers


~ Quantity Surveyors


~ Architectural Technicians


~ Clerks of Works


Person Specification:

Sought after candidates will possess:



~ 4 + years relevant Practice experience


~ Industry recognised degree and ideally Chartership i:e RICS/MCIOB


~ Client facing confidence and skills

~ Full UK driving licence as role will require travel to sites
