Job Description

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Marketing Department as a Brand Management Advanced Apprentice!

As Brand Management Advanced Apprentice for both trade customers and homeowners, this role is an integral part of the Worcester Bosch brand team, responsible for developing and delivering stand out marketing communications for a leading brand. The role will be predominantly focused on the marketing to the one-off installer side of the business as well as consumers, including gas and oil boilers and controls, heat pumps and air conditioning, showcasing our products and services.

The role will support the Junior Brand Managers in delivering engaging campaigns, fantastic digital experiences and creating new content and POS materials. 

Scope of Role

  • Act as brand guardian for your area and ensure consistency in messaging, tone and content. Working with wider team to integrate messages across all touchpoints, relevant to the audience. 
  • Support with the creation of a range of marketing materials, from product launch materials and case studies to digital content and merchant materials.Supporting the integration of activity across all channels including print, social media, the website, and in branch POS.
  • Support with product launches from concept stage to delivery.You will work with the senior team to set the creative vision, and work with our product managers to deliver accurate and impactful materials.
  • Supporting with content development, from case studies and online support videos to photography shoots.
  • Develop website copy and content in line with tone of voice and messaging via the copywriter.
  • Work with our internal Insight team to analyse customer data and develop targeted campaigns and promotions for key consumer segments.
  • Ensure all customer facing communication meets brand guidelines and supports or enhances brand-positioning strategy.
  • Ensure all content including printed literature, photography, videos, graphics, vehicles etc. is produced to the highest quality, is up to date and promotes core customer facing brand/ product messages.

Key Deliverables

  1. Production and delivery of quality content for use across multiple channels
  2. Deliver integrated communications
  3. Continual review and improvement of the website to deliver key messaging in TOV
  4. Development of a suite of POS and printed materials.

Qualifications

Right To Work:please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.

  • Marketing qualifications/experience, including university degree

  • Passionate about marketing, being creative and having a winning attitude
  • A self-motivated team player. Participates fully within the sales and marketing teams and contributes to wider team effort and vision
  • Ability to work with all levels within the business
  • You will be able to manage multiple priorities all with conflicting deadlines.

Contract Duration: 2 years

Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
