Are you an experienced Bench Hand Joiner looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are hiring for a dedicated Bench Hand Joiner to join the team!

Position Details:

  • Location: Stockport
  • Hours: Monday - Thursday: 07:30 AM - 5:00 PM
    Friday: 07:30 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour

After 41.5 hours, OT paid at x1.5
Saturday work: x1.5
Sunday work: x2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing wood and other materials
  • Operating hand tools and power machinery safely and efficiently
  • Sanding, fitting, and finishing wood products to high standards
  • Ensuring quality control and adherence to project deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
