We are looking for a Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our amazing, friendly HHFT family.

If you are currently a band 5 Physiotherapist with Paediatric experience looking to progress - we want to hear from you.

Main duties of the job

The role is to provide a high standard Physiotherapy service to children and their families in a range of settings, including acute in-patient ward, out-patient department, neonatal unit, outlying satellite clinic bases, gym and hydrotherapy across Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Training & Qualifications

Essential criteria

•BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy / MSc Physiotherapy / Grad Dip Phys or equivalent

Desirable criteria

•Other relevant qualifications

Experience & Knowledge

Essential criteria

Evidence of recent and continuous appropriate band 5 rotational experience Demonstrate effective management of own workload and autonomous practice Evidence of undertaking relevant post grad paediatric training/CPD including reflective practice

Desirable criteria

Assist in audit/ research projects Evidence of Paediatric Physiotherapy experience.

Skills & Ability

Essential criteria

Effective verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills Demonstrate understanding and appropriate application of all principles surrounding risk management, data protection, consent, confidentiality etc

Desirable criteria

Undertaking of Departmental Officer role e.g. Steward, H&S Rep, Work Experience co-ordinator, Assistant Mentor
