The Role:

Come be a part of this collaborative and cross functional team! This role will drive the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of a variety of aircraft repairs. You will be responsible for the assessment, repair, and stripping of seat belts and harness repairs section for a variety of aircraft projects, while being cross trained to other areas of the team to develop your overall production knowledge. You will have the chance to learn and develop your aerospace production experience within this amazing team!

Responsibilities of the role:

Overhaul and repair of aircraft restraints, including disassembly, inspection, servicing, and reassembly of seat belts and harnesses and aircraft areas
Collaborate with quality and production teams to ensure standards are met and products are delivered on time to customer requirements
Conduct product investigations and quality assessments using engineering drawings and technical specifications
Support multiple product lines; performing maintenance, repairs, and rework of components
Operate technical equipment and tools, such as manual machines and sewing machines, while following detailed work instructions.Skills required:

Background within engineering and following maintenance standards within quality, safety, and improvements
A collaborative individual who can work well with others in challenging and busy environments
Can review engineering drawings and interpret them for maintenance on components
Previous experience using SAP, but not essential as this can be trained
Background with quality checks and leading safety systems is a strong bonus but not an essential requirement
