Applying structured problem-solving techniques (e.g. 8D methodology) to eliminate defects and drive continuous improvement

Sharing expertise to help train others, raising the bar on build standards across the team

Working collaboratively across departments to improve efficiency and product quality

Proven experience assembling gearboxes – whether from motorsport, aerospace, defence, or high-performance automotive environments

Strong mechanical aptitude and a deep understanding of precision assembly practices
