Our Offering

Competitive wages - up to $30.87 per hour + shift premiums (wage is assigned based on skill and ability and position);


Eligible for medical and dental benefits the 1st of the month following date of hire;
Regular increases, dependent upon performance, until top rate is reached;

Your Key Responsibilities

For all assigned work set up and operate all bearing assembly and measuring equipment, including but not limited to radial play units, flushness and contact angle measurement units, riveting equipment and staking press.
Set up and operate all part/component washing equipment as required. Perform basic problem solving and troubleshoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards. Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced by process. Monitor production process according to maintenance schedule and perform routine maintenance in timely manner.
Required to perform inspection on own work usingprecision measuring equipment as provided or directed to assess quality of work.
Follow and accurately record data as directed or required in routers, IMS and any other production tracking systems. Required to train other operators as needed. Ability to read and interpret production prints.
Requires adequate computer skills to access production procedures to perform the required work.
Responsible for excellent housekeeping and maintaining 5S in all areas.
