Assembly Operative

Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Monday to Friday, 7.30am-4pm with half hour lunch

Pay: £12.11 per hour

Fresh Start Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Mansfield, a specialist in interconnect design solutions. They are one of the worldwide market leaders of their products in the Military/Civil Aerospace, Land Systems, Subsea, Oil and Gas, Space and Industrial and Mass Transit Industries.

We are currently looking to recruit a number of Assembly Operatives to support the ongoing growth of the Mansfield facility. If you are looking for a career opportunity within a business where people really count, look no further.

Initially commencing on a temporary contract but after just 12 weeks trial period you have the opportunity to secure yourself a permanent contract subject to satisfactory performance.

The Role & Responsibilities:

• Assembling aerospace products and parts from drawings

• Following listed instructions/measurements carefully

• Working in a seated, designated area to complete orders and follow targets

• Usage of magnification and specialised tools to complete orders

Person Specification:

• Assembly experience is required

• Good attention to detail

• Must have excellent communication skills

• Must be able to work well under pressure

• Must have a great attitude and work ethic

• CV Required
