About the Role- Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and validate requirements for antenna/payload communications subsystems.
  • Perform trade studies, modelling, and simulations to predict system performance and optimize designs to meet requirements.
  • Support business development teams in customer engagements and solutions.
  • Define and conduct tests to validate antenna/RF designs against mission requirements.
  • Create test plans that identify resources, schedules, and cost estimates in line with standards and regulations.
  • Specify hardware, software, instruments, and equipment requirements to achieve test objectives.


Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s with focus on RF payloads or antenna theory is a plus).



Required Skills



  • Considerable commercial experience in antenna design research and/or development.
  • Proficiency in programming with Matlab, Python, or C++.
  • Expertise in antenna simulation tools and a solid background in phased arrays, element coupling, and scanning.
  • Knowledge of RF building blocks such as LNAs, Filters, Combiners, SSPAs, TWTAs, and Oscillators.
  • Familiarity with ESA processes and projects is highly advantageous.
