Job title: Ancillary Operator 

Location: Redditch

Salary: £13.50

Shift: Double Days (6am-2.06pm/ 2pm-10.45pm) 2 Week rotation 

Working for a local aerospace company, we are looking for Ancillary Operator

Day to Day duties will include the following:

• Assist on aerospace components and pressing operations
• Support in loading/unloading of furnaces
• To provide support for manufacturing operations at press
• To cover other ad-hoc duties as and when required
• To follow Forge processes / procedures 

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

• Good Interpersonal Skill to foster teamwork and achieve business objectives
• Involvement in team activity as required
• Responsible for own actions
• Proactive in improvement activity
• Worked within a quality orientated business
