DescriptionWe are working exclusively with an Aerospace Manufacturer who are looking for an ambitious Aircraft Trimmer to join the team, based in Warrington.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for producing a high-quality product in line with the production standards in the required timescale and plan.Very hands on role which requires mechanical knowledge and able to work with hand and power tools.To work in accordance with businesses methods and procedures.Complying with standard processes, specific area requirements and health and safety requirements.Taking progress and reporting to management when required.Providing input to shop floor meetings when requested.To play an active part in maintaining disciplines and continuous improvement activities.To participate in handover when requested, providing inputs to ensure job progression through shift change.Daily Tasks Application of decorative laminates to production composite panel.Potting of insertsBonding of various brackets and equipmentBonding of inserts, using various adhesivesBonding components and sub-assemblies using adhesives to drawing specificationsProduce work to required quality standards.Produce work to drawing specification and procedural guidelines.Maintain all health & safety disciplines in the composite area.Self-inspectionAbility to read and understand Detailed engineering drawings and procedures.Experience of using various hand / air toolsAwareness and adherence to...
