About the Role


We’re recruiting for a driven and technically proficient Sales Engineer with a solid background in air conditioning to join our London-based team.


This is a key position for an individual who can manage the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to project completion, combining strong technical knowledge with a proven ability to develop business and close sales.


You’ll play a vital role in delivering tailored HVAC solutions, liaising between clients, design, and installation teams to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities


Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation and client consultation through to quotation, order, and installation handover.




Conduct detailed site surveys and technical assessments to specify suitable air conditioning solutions.




Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations.




Liaise closely with engineers, project managers, and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.




Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities.




Meet and exceed agreed sales targets, contributing directly to business growth within the London and surrounding areas.




Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and reporting.


Candidate Requirements


Proven track record in technical sales or business development within the air conditioning/HVAC sector.




Previous hands-on experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer (installation, service, or maintenance background).




Strong technical understanding of air conditioning systems and installation processes.




Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.




Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.




Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail across multiple ongoing projects.




Full UK driving licence required.
