Right Now Group is partnering with a leading specialist in time-critical aerospace logistics. Our client is seeking anAerospace Logistics Coordinator (AOG)to join their dynamic customer service and operations team. This role focuses onAircraft on Ground (AOG) operations, ensuring the swift and efficient movement of urgent shipments, primarily handlingexportsbut also involved inimports.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in time-critical logistics, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage time-criticalAOG shipments, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries for bothexports and imports.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Continuously refine and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational challenges and streamline workflows.

  • Monitor logistics data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance service levels.

  • Provide real-time updates to customers, proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Drive customer satisfaction through continuous feedback and process enhancements.

About You:

  • Proven experience inAOG operationsandtime-critical logistics, with expertise inexports and imports.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.

  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suiteand logistics software.
