Driver Hire are seeking an experienced administrator on behalf of one of their clients to join their busy Barrhead team. Hours of work:
Monday – Thursday 8am-4pm
Friday – 8am-3pm
£13 per hour (PAYE) Role details:

Experience with sage accounts is very important Communicate with internal departments as required by the role.


Being the main point of contact for all incoming enquiries to the company.
Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations.
Collating and issuing O&M Manuals to customer base
Collate invoices with orders and delivery dockets.
Reconciliation of customer accounts identifying outstanding transactions for accounts in dispute.
Liaising with directors/managers regarding accounts queries and assisting with resolution of same.
Raising Purchase Orders into the SAGE system and forwarding them to suppliers.
Raising Sales Orders into SAGE system and forwarding to appropriate personnel.
Raising invoices and applications onto Sage accounts package.
Collection of customer accounts via telephone/email/letter. To be considered: Proficient in all areas of Microsoft office packages
Proficient in Sage accounting software
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Organised and the ability to manage tasks well
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Work off you own initiative In return: £13 per hour (PAYE)
Weekly pay
28 days paid holiday pro-rata on PAYE
12 week temp to perm
Performance bonus once perm
