We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant within an American owned manufacturing facility based near Pinxton, the role is available as a long-standing member of staff is retiring.

Purpose of Role as the Administration Assistant:

Ensure documents from Production into QHSE are properly retained and retrievable Maintain machinery/equipment maintenance and service records storage and update SAP Equipment Cards accordingly. Similar support provision throughout the Engineering Office (Technical Design, R&D, Maintenance) Occasionally checking whether supplies have been used or are out of date, updating hard copies of documents on the shopfloor. Assisting with pre-audit document preparation and other reasonable ad-hoc tasks. Scanning, renaming, and storing documents for easy retrieval; updating ERP system records.

Skills and experience required for the Administration Assistant:

Strong computer skills ideally Excel, ERP and Sap Must be team player who can work on their own initiative. Previous experience as an Administration Assistant is essential ideally gained within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
